Whether your go-to is exercise, a creative outlet or something in between - there’s plenty of ways to incorporate some self-care in the city. This blog series will highlight some of the best ways to enjoy some self care in Cleveland.
Jump into some fun after work and burn some calories while you’re at it! There are a variety of trampoline workout classes in and around Cleveland, including SkyZone’s SkyFit classes, Zumba at GetAir, and the bungee and Kangaroo jump classes at Innovative Fit Cle.
Tough day in the office? Channel those frustrations into a punching bag and leave it all on the mats. Cleveland has plenty of boxing and kickboxing options, including the 30-minute kickboxing fitness at 9Round, boxing and MMA classes at TITLE Boxing Club, and the self-defense fitness classes at Fight Fit.
Slow down and center yourself with some yoga. While yoga has ancient roots, plenty of Cleveland studios have put a modern twist on the practice. Balance & Brews hosts yoga events around the city that includes a full pour with each class. Align your chakras at Yoga Strong Studios, which offers a variety of workshops (some even include massage!) The Balancing Flamingo Yoga Studio is nestled inside a wine shop, break a sweat then sip on some wines.
